Technological convergence - Bein able to do multiple things on one product that once needed several products. (Blue- ray, Music, internet are all available on the xbox and ps3)

Synergy - Two different things promoting the same product at the same time (Game and soundtrack out at the same time)

Guerilla Marketing - Low cost unconventional (Posters, Mock up front covers for newspapers)

Viral Marketing - Word of mouth online (Facebook, Twitter, Fan forums)

Desire creation - Building excitement over a product drip feeding content to the consumers. DLC available if the game is pre-ordered.
